4.1 Where We Store Data
- Application Data: Hosted on Render.com (Frankfurt, EU Central)
- Database: Supabase PostgreSQL (Europe West region)
- Session Storage: Shopify's secure session storage via Prisma
4.2 Security Measures
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/SSL encryption
- OAuth 2.0 authentication via Shopify
- Database encryption at rest
- Regular security updates and monitoring
5. Data Retention
- Export Presets: Retained while your app is installed
- Usage Statistics: Retained for billing and analytics purposes
- Session Data: Automatically expired after 30 days of inactivity
- Exported Files: We do NOT store your exported files - they are generated on-demand and delivered directly to your browser
6. Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data:
- Automatic Deletion: When you uninstall the app, all your data is automatically deleted within 48 hours
- Manual Deletion: You can delete individual presets at any time from the app interface

7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Shopify: For authentication and API access (see Shopify Privacy Policy)
- Render.com: Application hosting
- Supabase: Database hosting
